Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus have gone their separate ways, PEOPLE confirms.
A source tells PEOPLE living in different cities was a factor in their breakup.
“She has a kid and an ex-husband and a job in New York and Ben has his family and a job in L.A. and while they love and respect each other they just realized it wasn’t going to work,” says the source. “They really gave it another solid try.”
Despite their split, the source adds, “They will always have love for each other.”
This is the second time Affleck, 46, and Shookus, 38, have separated. The two first made their relationship public when they were spotted grabbing dinner in July 2017 and split in late August 2018 just before the actor entered rehab. – Source
