Trace Cyrus is unloading shocking claims about ex Brenda Song: fake pregnancies, fake cancer, and “fake blood”
Things just got explosively messy between Trace Cyrus and Brenda Song — and the accusations are jaw-dropping.
In a series of scathing Instagram posts, the 36-year-old musician (and Miley Cyrus’ older brother) accused his former fiancée, actress Brenda Song, of faking everything from a terminal illness to multiple pregnancies and even an abortion during their long, troubled relationship.
Trace and Brenda dated on and off from 2010 to 2017 and were briefly engaged in 2011. But now, years later, Trace is claiming their entire relationship was built on deception.
Responding to a fan who criticized him, Trace clapped back, saying, “Yes because she stole thousands of dollars from me and faked multiple pregnancies.” He then dropped bombshell after bombshell, alleging Brenda told him — and his family — that she had breast cancer and a brain tumor, all of which he says were lies.
In one particularly disturbing claim, he said Song staged a fake abortion, using fake blood on the bathroom floor to support her story. According to him, he and his mother, Tish Cyrus, rushed her to a doctor — only to uncover the deception.
Trace even recounted a moment when Brenda showed up at his house claiming to have just undergone brain surgery — with a bandage on her head. But Trace said he tore it off and found nothing underneath.
He didn’t hold back in his conclusion either, stating, “There’s more proof of how f–ked in the head child stars are. I hope she’s doing better mentally.”
Neither Brenda Song nor Tish Cyrus have responded to the claims, and reps were not immediately available for comment.

Brenda Song, now 37, has since moved on with Macaulay Culkin, with whom she shares two children, Dakota and Carson. The couple got engaged in early 2022.
Trace, who once described his time with Brenda as “crazy but inspiring,” now paints a much darker picture of their seven-year romance — and the internet is still catching its breath.
