What’s Going on With EmRata’s Swimwear Line?
Customers of Emily Ratajkowski’s bikini brand, Inamorata, are expressing frustration over delays in receiving purchases made during the Black Friday sale, some waiting for nearly four months. Complaints include unfulfilled orders, missed shipping deadlines, and lack of communication from customer service.
Despite promises and reassurances from the brand, many customers remain dissatisfied.
In response to the backlash, Inamorata has offered refunds to those unwilling to wait any longer, citing overwhelming order volume as the cause of delays.
However, a source close to the situation asserts that while there have been delays, they are not as extensive as claimed by some customers, with many orders being fulfilled within the originally communicated delivery window.
