15 years later and she is still trying to hide the affair that brought down two marriages.

Jon Gosselin, 48, wasted no time reacting after Page Six revealed his ex-wife Kate, 50, is dating her former bodyguard Steve Neild. The same man tabloids linked to her during their marriage. Kate always denied those rumors, but Jon now feels vindicated.

“Guess who really ruined the marriage,” Jon posted on Instagram, alongside a throwback shot of Kate and Neild. “Maybe when I speak people will listen now!!!” He doubled down in his Stories, writing, “I told you all. No one believed me—guess I was right!”

The couple’s son Collin, 21, also chimed in. Estranged from his mother, he claimed Kate’s alleged relationship with Neild goes all the way back to 2009.

“My mom had an affair with our bodyguard way back in 2009, and for years would share hotel rooms with him while we went on family vacations—while I was in a connected room!” Collin wrote on Instagram Stories.

He also pointed out the double standard, saying Jon was “shunned by the public for years” and even received death threats for allegedly being unfaithful, while Kate managed to dodge the scandal.

Collin made it clear he’s not chasing drama but feels “very strongly on the matter of cheating and then blaming someone else.” He described living through the fallout as “the damage of a narcissist” and ended with: “I love you dad.”

Kate and Jon were married from 1999 to 2009, raising twins Madelyn and Cara, now 24, and sextuplets Aaden, Collin, Joel, Hannah, Alexis, and Leah, now 21. Today, Jon is only in contact with Collin and Hannah.

Back in 2009, Kate called rumors of an affair with Neild “disgusting, unthinkable, unfathomable.” At the time, she insisted their family was simply close to her security team, even spending holidays together.

Fast forward to now: according to insiders, Kate and Neild’s relationship is “serious.” They’re reportedly living together, have talked about wedding plans, and Kate herself recently admitted on TikTok she’s been dating someone for about 14–15 months. She even teased fans might see “a peep of him here and there.” In her comments, Kate added she’s not “lonely anymore.”
