Liza Minnelli, the 78-year-old EGOT winner, is writing a memoir set to be released in spring 2026.
The book, co-written with Pulitzer Prize winner Heidi Evans and others, will detail her life from growing up in a legendary Hollywood family to her Broadway and Hollywood successes, as well as her struggles with substance abuse and high-profile relationships.
Minnelli decided to write the memoir to correct inaccuracies in recent portrayals of her life, including her Oscar appearance with Lady Gaga and recent documentaries.
She expressed her desire to share her true story with fans, thanking them for their support and promising a candid account of her life.
The memoir will include various formats, featuring never-before-heard autobiographical recordings.
