There And Gone

At first, the whole thing seemed accidental.

Coincidental.

Yes, it was a death.

A possible murder?

It didn’t look like it at the time.

It looked like an accident.

Yes, it was a victim who had a lot of information about an A list actor.

Some information she had shared, but the vast majority she had not.

Victims came to her all the time to share their stories.

She was the point person.

Originally the suspect was very cooperative with police. No issues at all.

He provided a driver’s license and answered questions.

What no one is saying is that no followup interview has ever been done.

The license was a real name, but someone who died decades ago.

The address was not where the suspect lived.

No one has been able to find the person to speak to them.

They just vanished.

Does that change the working theory of accident to something more?

No one even knows who to charge or who to investigate.

No fingerprints.

Literally nothing.

They played it perfectly.

Accuser: Linda Culkin

Report: Kevin Spacey Accuser Linda Culkin Dead After Being Struck By Car

One of Kevin Spacey’s accusers, Linda Culkin, has died after she was struck by a vehicle.

Culkin reportedly was struck by a Toyota vehicle after she stepped into a busy intersection. She was taken to Boston Medical Center where she died.

RadarOnline reports a murder probe has been opened into Culkin’s death, but note that no charges were filed against the driver, who did not leave the scene after hitting Culkin.

Felix Browne, spokesman for the medical examiner’s office, reportedly indicated Culkin’s death is still under investigation.

Cindy Culkin, Linda’s cousin, told RadarOnline, “Linda was one of the first to accuse Kevin Spacey of attacking young men, and I find it very odd that you don’t hear anything more about her accident — or about the person who hit her.” She added, “It’s like it happened, and now there is nothing!”

Culkin, who was 59, reportedly began cyberstalking Spacey in 2009 after one of her patients accused Spacey of attacking him. Culkin had been arrested in 2012 for stalking Spacey. ABC affiliate WCVB reported a judge ordered her to “pay $124,000 to compensate [Spacey] for the bodyguards he hired during the two-year stretch when she harassed him.” Culkin had plead guilty to charges including “mailing threatening communications, and sending false information regarding explosives.”

During her sentencing, Culkin wrote, “It is difficult to measure the degree of terror this situation has caused.” She also apologized noting she had mental health issues, “I have some mental health issues. I was overzealous. I cop to that. I fully apologize to him. I didn’t mean it to be so harsh.”- Source
