With each passing season of Southern Charm, we have watched Kathryn Dennis grow into her role as a young mother, taking on more responsibility and navigating the trials of being a single parent. Her kids are always in the forefront of her mind, and as we saw on tonight’s episode (press play on the clip above to see), Kathryn is ready to have a place for her little family to settle down.

“I wanted to find a home for us that we can plant our roots,” she said. And boy did she find a place! Located in Charleston’s historic South of Broad neighborhood, Kathryn rented a 2,800-square-foot home with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms — and it wasn’t cheap. “Hold on,” said Austin Kroll when Kathryn was giving him a tour of her digs. “What is the rent on this place?!”

“Um, it’s out of this world, I’ll just say that,” Kathryn coyly replied. Out of this world, indeed! The exact price was $6,600 a month, or $79,200 annually… that’s a lot of dough, people! – Source
