Just as I told you several months ago and was confirmed today, this reality family filmed scenes that would allow for the possibility of reconciliation or a split.

They have also started laying the groundwork for how certain assets were received.

It is my understanding though, that the husband faced a severe cash crunch and sold his assets to the family for a tiny fraction of what they were worth.

Also interesting to note that the publication which establishes worth, was not previously told about this divestment.

Here’s How Much Money Is At Stake In A Kim Kardashian-Kanye West Divorce

After months of rumors that their relationship is on the rocks, speculation has heated up this week that one of the world’s most famous—and richest—couples, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West, may be headed for divorce. With a combined net worth of $2.1 billion there’s plenty of wealth to haggle over, but how much will really be in play if they split?

Though the Kardashians are known for drama, dividing the wealth may be surprisingly easy. The couple likely has a prenup, given the money at stake and considering it’s Kardashian West’s third marriage. Plus their biggest assets are independently owned and operated businesses, and the pair have had separate income streams since their 2014 nuptials. Things get more complicated when it comes to their shared real estate and toys—including their Calabasas mansion, with an estimated $30,000 bathroom sink—though those make up less than 5% of their collective assets.

A source close to the pair told Forbes no final decision has been made about divorce after Page Six reported Tuesday that it is imminent, but acknowledged that the couple has been living separately—Kardashian West in Calabasas, California with the kids and West in Wyoming—and that they have been in therapy and discussing a possible split off and on for the past year. – Source

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West marriage issues will be featured on ‘KUWTK’

So much for “please respect our privacy.”

Kim Kardashian has filmed her marriage problems with Kanye West for the final episodes of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Page Six has exclusively learned.

A source with knowledge of their show — which is ending after more than a decade-long run and 20 seasons on E! later this year — said the disintegration of Kim and Kanye’s marriage will feature heavily in the final storyline as they make their exit from the reality show.

The source said, “the Kardashians intend to go out with a bang. They’ve filmed Kim discussing her marriage problems. But everybody involved is on a nondisclosure agreement, because the finale won’t screen until later in 2021.”

Page Six exclusively revealed that Kim and Kanye had separated and are negotiating the terms of a divorce after nearly seven years of marriage. They have four children: daughter North, 7; son Saint, 5; daughter Chicago, 3; and son Psalm, 20 months.
Multiple sources tell Page Six that — ahead of a formal divorce filing — they are in settlement talks to agree on finances and how to split their properties. Kim is being represented by LA power divorce attorney Laura Wasser.- Source

After months of requests, the hip-hop superstar shared financial records, revealing details about his wildly popular Yeezy sneaker empire—and his fixation on outside validation.

When last we checked in with Kanye West, the mercurial hip-hop superstar turned footwear magnate, I was tiptoeing through a parking lot crop circle composed of hundreds of pairs of his Yeezy sneakers. “I’m not a numbers guy,” he explained ten months ago. “To ask me to somehow translate this to numbers is to ask your grandmother exactly what the recipe of the cake was.”

There’s only one number that West cares about. A billion, as in dollars. And he cares a lot.

When we featured West on the cover of Forbes last summer, delving into his incredible success with Yeezy, he seemed pleased at first. His world-famous wife, Kim Kardashian West, even tweeted her congratulations, to the positive affirmations of 32,300 of their closest Twitter friends. But without sufficient documentation on his unusual stake, versus just his word and industry guesstimates, we didn’t call him a billionaire. And that grated on him. As the year wore on, he protested publicly. (“I showed them a $890 million receipt, and they still didn’t say ‘billionaire,’” he told an industry panel, about something that no one at Forbes remembers.) In private, he was more biting. (A “disrespectful article,” he texted this week, that was “purposely snubbing me.”)

When our annual billionaires list appeared earlier this month, again with West absent—still no documentation, and now a pandemic to boot—West again reacted with hurt and venom. “You know what you’re doing,” he texted. “You’re toying with me and I’m not finna lye [sic] down and take it anymore in Jesus name.” At one point, he texted that Forbes was “part of a group of media” that was trying to suppress his self-made narrative because of his race. That sister-in-law Kylie Jenner did make the list also clearly stuck in his craw. – Source
