This is how they have been able to talk about family secrets

I think this is the first time this dual threat A lister who is an Oscar and Emmy winner/nominee talked publicly about how she communicates with a sibling. It is how they have been able to talk about family secrets, including the darkest of the dark, without anyone being able to break the code.

Nicole Kidman says co-star Hugh Grant is ‘fascinated’ with ‘secret language’ she uses with her sister

Nicole Kidman says Hugh Grant is “fascinated” by the special “secret language” she uses with her sister Antonia.

The Aussie actress revealed the special bond she has with Antonia during a chat with WSJ Magazine Editor in Chief Kristina O’Neill, presented by Tiffany & Co. Kidman spoke about her first encounter with her The Undoing co-star, sharing that he witnessed them speaking in their language together.

“I’ve known him since we were in our early 20s,” she recalled. “We went to dinner at a place in London called The Ivy with his then-girlfriend Liz Hurley and my sister and just a huge bunch of people and we just kind of clicked.

“My sister and I were speaking our secret language and Hugh was fascinated because my sister and I have this language that we can speak so we can be understood in a crowd and nobody can understand us.”

Kidman said the secret language was “silly” but said it’s always been useful when the pair are together.

“It was really helpful when we were like at parties and they were and we had our boyfriends and stuff we would be able to use our language and they’d all be like ‘What?'” she said. – Source
