Sometimes it involves his thirsty wife who is desperate to be a celebrity.
This time it is a combination of the two.
The wife changed her appearance to the point where she and the mistress could be twins.
That is odd.

Why Cote de Pablo Called it Splits with Diego Serrano
Cote de Pablo returned to NCIS in season 16, on the finale, which aired May 21, 2019. She had originally left the show in October 2013. When de Pablo left NCIS it was reported by CBS that she left for ‘undisclosed reasons’, and she did stay just long enough to play out her character, Ziva David’s storyline. When she left she told Cindy Elavsky, that Ziva could come back–she did not die, and therefore she showed interest in someday returning.
Her slow-burning romance with Michael Weather’s Tony DiNozzo was never played out on screen; not really, as we never see Tony ‘get’ the girl. However, he does receive a daughter from Ziva, and for a while fans were yelling that Weatherly and de Pablo were seeing each other in the real world. Of course, at the time, she was in a long-standing relationship with actor Diego Serrano. – Source
Carl Lentz Is “Embarrassed and Unreachable,” His Friends Claim
After being fired from Hillsong Church over his marital infidelity, Carl Lentz is reportedly laying very low.
The disgraced pastor is “embarrassed and unreachable,” according to a source who spoke with Page Six, “It’s like he’s gone into hiding.” They continued, “He’s not returning anyone’s phone calls. Friends have been trying to encourage him to hire someone to navigate this situation, but he’s not responding.” After Lentz was let go from his religious post, he revealed the reason why on Instagram, writing, “I was unfaithful in my marriage, the most important relationship in my life and held accountable for that.” His firing also prompted Hillsong to “conduct an in-depth review and investigation into all concerns and any wider cultural issues” in the New York branch Lentz previously oversaw.
And apparently, it’s not just the megachurch that’s distancing itself from Lentz—it’s also his former A-list celebrity parishioners. A second source explained, “[Justin Bieber] quit going and it was pretty abrupt. He separated from the church a while ago. They used him. They were opportunistic leaches. Carl ‘Hipster too cool for school’ is a total used car salesman type of guy.” That would explain why both the pop star and his wife, Hailey Bieber, unfollowed Lentz on Instagram last week. The first source also suggested that the split was due to more than simply feeling used, Bieber also felt the pastor was hijacking his entire lifestyle.
“He was always living the pop star life, popping bottles on private planes. The infidelity was not a surprise,” the source said. “At one point, he was in Australia with Bieber at a bar with his shirt off and doing shots… He’s new age and modern, but shots and taking off your clothes in public places? Come on.” They also confirmed that Bieber has already moved on to a new spiritual advisor—Judah Smith of Churchome. – Source
