He was specifically upset with a task force assembled by his city mayor counterpart, which included local business owners.

One of those business owners sent a strongly-worded email to an employee of the wrestler, which was quickly reported by the area’s most prevalent newspaper after a FOIA request, and amplified by a local blog.

The task force was quietly dismantled shortly afterwards. The connection no one seems to make is the one between the blogger and the wrestler’s employee, who was a “reporter” himself years ago, and actually broke the story of the wrestler’s mayoral run.
