T.J. Miller addresses rumors that he will not be in Deadpool 3, says project has yet to exist at the studio

Over the weekend, comedian/actor T.J. Miller felt the need to set the record straight over his future involvement in Fox’s Deadpool movie franchise after several outlets reported that he would not appear in Deadpool 3.

“Guys. There are no plans yet for a Deadpool 3,” Miller wrote on Twitter. “I’m contracted to do a third, but saying I’m not going to be in something that has yet to exist is like saying ‘T.J. confirmed he will not be reincarnated into an elephant.'”

Back in May, Ryan Reynolds (Wade Wilson/Deadpool) stated that Miller would not appear in the upcoming X-Force alongside himself, Josh Brolin (Cable), and Zazie Beetz (Domino). This led some to speculate that Miller was being quietly pushed out following allegations of sexual misconduct, and after he called in a bomb threat to Amtrak; the latter led to his arrest by FBI agents. According to a subsequent tweet from Miller, however, he “was never supposed to be in X-Force.”

Tagging a number of entertainment news outlets, he wrote that he only told a certain reporter that he would not be in Deadpool 3, because that reporter was allegedly “spamming” him in a direct-message chain. “Stop reporting fake things?” read the last part of the tweet.- Source
