I’m glad the K-Pop singer apologized for her latest outburst, but the only reason she had to apologize is because the stylist has a lot of power.
The singer has never apologized for the half dozen people she berated or had fired or the table she overturned because she thought the food was crap. Oh, or the time she refused to pay the bill for food because she is a big star and they should feel grateful she chose to ate there.

Red Velvet’s Irene Issues Apology For ‘Foolish Attitude’ After Verbally Attacking Fashion Editor
Red Velvet’s Irene took to social media on Thursday (Oct. 22) to apologize for berating a Korean fashion editor.
Earlier in the week, the editor, Kang Kook Hwa, came forward on Instagram with allegations that an unnamed star had verbally attacked her while on set for a job.
“I’ve been thoroughly trampled by this one person, and I became the position of the abused. Proven to be disqualified from being human + a puppet living behind a smiling mask + known to be a warm person by friends + an ‘adult child’ who lacks character + has a sense of entitlement + has the stupidity that reveals all the deficiencies transparently to the person they meet for the first time,” Hwa wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“I should have prepared myself from the stories I’ve heard before I met her. But today, I became speechless as this person stung me with her words that are like electric needle” the stylist continued, adding that she “experienced hell for 20 minutes” when the celebrity “began spewing insults at my face with her cellphone pointed at me.” (English translation courtesy of Allkpop.)
As the post went viral, fans began speculating that the star in question could be Irene, particularly after noting that Hwa had used the hashtags “#monster” and “#psycho” — both titles of hits by the K-pop girl group — in her post.
The idol then shared her own response to the scandal, posting a blank, black square with an apology written in Korean.
“This is Irene. I sincerely apologize for hurting the stylist with my foolish attitude and careless words and actions,” she began. “I received a lot of help from people who gave their effort for me to get to where I am now and I regret that I hurt them greatly with my immature behavior.
“This incident has made me look back on the past, and I’m very ashamed of my poor words and actions, and I feel the importance of staff members once again,” Irene concluded. “I’ll think and act more carefully, so this does not happen again. I’m truly sorry to the fans who support me and for causing worry because of this incident.” – Source
