The actress said last night that since her highly publicized divorce was finalized, she feels like the clouds have parted.

Jennifer Garner Engaged To John Miller?

Is Jennifer Garner engaged to her boyfriend John Miller? That’s the claim in one of this week’s celebrity magazines. Not one of the many individuals Gossip Cop approached could verify an engagement and, in fact, many outright dismissed it as untrue.

According to the Globe, Garner is ready to “rebuild her life by becoming burger chain honcho John Miller’s wife.” The supermarket tabloid contends Garner said “yes” when Miller, who’s the CEO of CaliBurger, popped the question. To make it seem like its article is legitimate, the magazine alleges an “insider” shared with only that outlet (and none of the more trustworthy publications) that Miller blurted out “over breakfast one day: ‘Will you marry me?’”

The supposed “source” also asserts Ben Affleck was “shattered” when Garner told him that she and Miller got engaged. “He’s miserable,” adds the tipster. Irrespective, Garner is now “planning the kind of wedding she’ll have,” reports the magazine.

Allow Gossip Cop to examine the story more closely. While the tabloid maintains it’s learned that Miller proposed over breakfast, it glaringly omits a few crucial details, including where and when he allegedly asked Garner to marry him. Was it over breakfast at his home, her new house, or at a restaurant? And did the burger businessman pop the question last week or last month?

The reason the magazine doesn’t have specifics or know the answers to any of those questions is because it’s not true. While Garner and Miller have become more serious over the past few months, both are recently divorced and neither is ready to get engaged or married.- Source
