I am always hopeful that the perv royal will be questioned by the feds and if he leaves his own country, there is a slight chance it will happen. What won't happen is him being shipped to the US, no matter how much noise there is. It definitely wouldn't happen while the wife of the consular officer who fled, remains in the US.
