Dina Lohan’s Facebook boyfriend of five years is ready to make their relationship the forever kind — and he already has the bling to pop the question, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

“My mom offered her engagement ring for me to give to Dina,” Jesse Nadler dished to Radar.

Although Jesse, 53, hasn’t told Dina about the sweet gesture just yet, he hopes the whopping 5-carat bauble will get the seal of approval — not only from the momager, but from her actress daughter Lindsay Lohan, too.

And if the diamond ring doesn’t go over quite as he expects, Nadler reveals he’s already shopping for other round cut and baguette diamonds so Dina can design her dream ring.

“I have a jeweler I’ve been talking to and I’ve seen a few stones that I’ve sent to Dina. So she’s totally aware. I want her to love the stone and we can design the setting,” he said, adding, “I only want her to be happy and to know my intentions are true.”

Dina, 56, revealed her secret online relationship on Celebrity Big Brother, admitting she has never seen him in real life, but she’s still convinced they will end up together.
