Adele Buys Next-Door Neighbor Nicole Richie’s Beverly Hills House for $10 Million

Rumor has it Adele has picked up another home in Beverly Hills. The “Hello” singer, who already owns two properties in the 90210 zip code, dropped $10 million on her pal and longtime neighbor Nicole Richie’s house, reports Dirt.

Photos and details are limited, but the renovated abode spans over 5,500 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The spacious backyard boasts a big grassy lawn, a patio for alfresco dining, and a swimming pool and jacuzzi. There’s also an edible garden and custom-built chicken coop, which Architectural Digest toured in 2017.

When Richie and her husband, Joel Madden, bought their now-former home for $6.7 million in 2015, the couple built their chickens a smaller house that mimicked the gray exterior of their main residence. “We did a miniature version of my own house in terms of color and style,” she said at the time. “I wanted one color palette throughout.”

The 15-time Grammy winner and House of Harlow 1960 fashion designer have lived next door to each other since 2016, when Adele paid $9.5 million for a massive mansion in the exclusive gated enclave. She also owns a midcentury-style home in Beverly Hills, which she bought for $10.65 million in 2019. – Source
