This celebrity restaurant/bar chain is really leveraged in debt from expansion which was fine when they were open.

Now they are all closed and the banks are not being cooperative about that debt.

Lisa Vanderpump devastated over restaurant closures

Lisa Vanderpump is heartbroken over the toll that the coronavirus has taken on her businesses.

The restauranteur and reality star, 59, owns four establishments in Los Angeles, Villa Blanca, SUR, PUMP and TomTom. She runs TomTom alongside “Vanderpump Rules” cast members Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval.

“It’s been devastating,” Vanderpump told Andy Cohen on Tuesday night’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

“It’s not just our business. It’s our life as well. And so many people have worked for us for years. I mean, now they’re all on unemployment. But just the whole fact that it’s just everything gone right now. We can’t go in there. I can’t see what’s going on. It’s been devastating. It’s been really sad, I have to say.”

While Sandoval, 36, and Schwartz, 37, took some matters into their own hands by taking to Cameo to raise money for their staff shortly after the restaurant was forced to shut down, Vanderpump remains optimistic that she will be able to reopen and keep her staff — who she has close relationships with — once it is safe.

Los Angeles is expected to face the same devastation that New York has faced because of the virus. New York City alone confirmed 77,967 COVID-19 cases and 3,602 deaths as of Wednesday morning.

Vanderpump noted, “Hopefully we’ll be along with Lance [Bass, the owner of Rocco’s WeHo], one of the businesses that survives this because a lot of people won’t and it’s a real worry.” – Source
