Larry King lauds ‘stand-up girl’ Julie Chen for sticking by Les Moonves

Larry King praised Julie Chen for sticking by her husband, Les Moonves, despite the sexual harassment and assault allegations that led the longtime CBS honcho to resign.

“She’s his wife, I think she’s a stand-up girl,” King told TMZ on Friday night.

Chen, who’s been married to Moonves since 2004, returned to the air Thursday night to host CBS show “Big Brother,” where she signed off using his last name for the first time ever. The two were also spotted together earlier that day for the first time since Moonves stepped down from his position.

“I’ve known Les a long time,” the 84-year-old King told TMZ. “I like Les, I don’t like what happened 20 years ago and I think those things, if true, are terrible.” – Source
