The widow has spent nearly seven figures on legal bills and had zero results.
No one can figure out where the money is coming from to keep paying that much.

Vicky Cornell files lawsuit against Soundgarden members over ‘ludicrously low’ buyout offer
One of Seattle’s most famed grunge bands is back in the limelight and at the center of a contentious legal battle.
Vicky Cornell, the wife of late Soundgarden vocalist and frontman Chris Cornell, filed a lawsuit last week in the U.S. District Court Western District of Washington against the remaining members of the popular Seattle rock band.
According to Variety, the lawsuit claims that Cornell was offered a “ludicrously low” buyout of $300,000 for her share in the band’s masters and publishing royalties.
“This action has been necessitated by the self-serving and heartless actions of the remaining members of the band Soundgarden, who are seeking to rob from their former bandmate, Chris Cornell (“Chris”), his wife (“Vicky”), and their minor children, Chris’ legacy and life’s worth, which has made them millions of dollars,” the complaint reads. “The band members have knowingly offered only an infinitesimal fraction of the true worth of Chris’ interest in Soundgarden and certain related entities by making a ludicrously low offer.” – Source
@GMA did you forget to ask Vicky Karayiannis why she lied about something so simple like this? Why she cremated Chris so quickly yet didn’t believe he killed himself? Or why she is selling off her husband’s hair strands? Why would anyone do that to a loved one? #mentalhealth https://t.co/ts8Rz4DMUe

Soundgarden was/is one of my favourite bands ever. But I won’t buy anything of theirs that doesn’t benefit the band itself. I won’t contribute towards designer bags and private jets for a woman who is suing them/preventing them from completing their final album. Fuck that. pic.twitter.com/isIJA6nVsJ
