When I cover Ms. Parker’s testimony I will not be lenient. As it stands, Ms. Parker is not guilty of nearly every allegation made against her in the RO filing and she is innocent of the new allegations made against her at the hearing; she is the victim here. I am not advocating that she is a blameless victim. Ms. Parker makes herself an easy target, that’s why Alexandra Grant persecuted her with a fraudulent RO.
As for Mr. Reeves, we mostly agreed he is a basic nice guy. The degree of niceness varied. I draw the line at enabling someone to ruin another person’s life with false allegations and legal harassment with vicious lapdog high powered lawyers. I hold Keanu Reeves partially responsible for the fraudulent RO because he supported events that helped make it happen.
One core agreement we had was that Keanu Reeves was likely not fully aware of everything that went into the filing or everything that happened at the hearing. He would have known and signed off on the strategy but not necessarily been involved with every bit of the specifics.
We also both agreed Mr. Reeves had an absolute obligation to be aware of all the specifics and that there is no excuse for him not being plugged into all aspects when his name and influence were driving the train that decided the outcome of the RO hearing.
This outcome not only determined Alexandra Grant’s (and his) public image but also the quality of Cathryn Parker’s life given her civil liberties of free speech and freedom of movement were in danger of being restricted by the RO.
Another germane point that we agreed on was that Alexandra Grant used exaggeration, manipulation and lies to get the RO.
We also agreed that it was probable that she used these same methods on Keanu Reeves to make him feel responsible for her predicament and thus responsible for helping fix it.
Alexandra Grant’s attitude and testimony was that only 1 person — an obsessed Keanu Reeves fan, with a long criminal history– was harassing her. And this harassment stemmed from jealousy that she was romantically involved with Keanu Reeves.
Ms. Grant’s testimony before the judge was that Cathryn Parker was a Keanu Reeves fanatic who was posting lies about her using a web of online social media accounts and trying to incite other people to go after her. Per Alexandra Grant, Cathryn Parker was actually infatuated with her and sent creepy emails and stalked Ms. Grant at art events. At one event, the stalking was so bad that the gallery owner made Ms. Parker leave. Then when the media reported that Ms. Grant was in a romantic relationship with Mr. Reeves, Cathryn Parker turned on Ms. Grant with vitriol and hatred making Ms. Grant fear for her life.
One could see why Mr. Reeves might feel an obligation to help in this setting as described by Ms. Grant in the filing and her testimony. Ms. Grant looks to be a well-known artist and philanthropist who is dedicated to charity work but then became a hapless and helpless victim in fear for her life simply because Keanu Reeves wanted a romantic relationship with her, even bringing her to Germany while he was working in order to protect her.
It was never explained why Ms. Parker spurned Mr. Reeves, who she was supposedly obsessed with for many years, in favor of being smitten with Ms. Grant. Only that when it was reported in the media that Ms. Grant was romantically attached to Mr. Reeves, Cathryn Parker turned on Ms. Grant.
If someone was obsessed with me, I would hope they would send more than 4 emails and show up at more than a few events over a span of over 2 years – all prior to Covid-19.
Ms. Grant first says that she was hospitalized – which would be easily verified by Cathryn Parker’s attorney as false. Then she corrects herself.
This is an odd lie to pop out of her mouth because her own attorney, Rosengart, is questioning her and they would have prepped the questions and the answers beforehand and practiced them.
To me, this initial lie by Ms. Grant is an indication that she is accustomed to amplifying the trauma of the circumstances by exaggerating to the point of a lie.
Also, her statement of having her address and phone number put so often online that she lives in constant fear raised a red flag. When I looked online, the person who was directly responsible for Ms. Grant’s address and phone number being online was Ms. Grant herself (Trademark filings, XAB filings).
I saw only 1 instance of her address being in a post and it was regarding an XAB filing. And this post was NOT included as an exhibit of posts at issue to the filing, more than likely because it was a public filing by Alexandra Grant where she put incorrect or false information on a government business filing – she used a PO Box when the form explicitly states “do not use a PO Box.” It was also noted in the post that the same address was being used for XAB and grantLOVE.
Lastly, her statements, “I feel that someone is going to jump out at me at every corner” and “I’m in Germany because I was literally being persecuted and feared for my life” also raised a red flag.
Cathryn Parker was at less than a handful of public events more than a year before the filing. Then someone (not Cathryn Parker) took photos of Ms. Grant’s car at Keanu Reeves’ house – once.
