Funny man Adam Sandler pays visit to the Utah Jazz

With the NBA trade deadline just over 48 hours away, there’s been a lot of talk that the Utah Jazz could be scoping the league for a new point guard such as Mike Conley, Jrue Holiday or some other player that could make for a prolific backcourt tandem alongside Donovan Mitchell. However, in a shocking turn of events, it would appear that perhaps the Jazz found an unforeseen candidate on Monday night – Adam Sandler.

The comedian/actor was in town for a show at Vivint Smart Home Arena on Monday evening, but he appears to have also put in his audition for the Utah Jazz. As you can see in the video below, Donovan Mitchell was obviously impressed and is all on board for a 10-day contract being extended to the renowned funny man–

One can’t help but imagine what it would be like to see Adam Sandler running the pick-and-roll with Rudy Gobert, or spotting up in the corner for a wide-open three off a Mitchell dish. Heck, the more I think about it, maybe the Jazz have found their secret weapon against the Golden State Warriors. – Source
