Oh, so the romance that started when he kept making you have sex scenes with him in every episode while he was also your boss and then started having them with others and then hitting on the A list singer because he didn’t really care about you or any of the other women on the show he was doing the same thing to, didn’t work out.
Well, I think everyone assumed that the permanent A list actor and his co-star’s relationship would last a lifetime given that set of facts.
Jim Carrey and Ginger Gonzaga split
Less than a year after going public, Jim Carrey and Ginger Gonzaga have called it quits, Us Weekly reports.
Carrey, 57, and Gonzaga, 35, played love interests on the Showtime series “Kidding,” later taking their on-screen romance to the red carpet by making their debut as a couple during the Golden Globes in January.
“I feel very lucky. … She’s not only beautiful, but she’s wickedly talented and amazing and smart,” Carrey gushed about Gonzaga on the red carpet at the Globes.
In addition to “Kidding,” Gonzaga worked with the “Mask” star on the Showtime series “I’m Dying Up Here,” which Carrey executive-produced.- Source
Jim Carrey Calls Ariana Grande ‘a Breath of Fresh Air’ After Working Together on Kidding
Ariana Grande and Jim Carrey are shaping up to be the latest pair of Hollywood besties.
Two days after the “Dangerous Woman” singer raved on Instagram about working with Carrey, 57, on the set of Showtime’s Kidding, the actor shared some kind words of his own.
“The admiration doesn’t just go forward to an older generation. It goes backwards as well,” Carrey said of Grande, 26, to reporters at Showtime’s Television Critics Association tour on Friday.
“She’s a single artist,” he continued. “She has a gift. She has a thing she does that’s like magic. When she opens her mouth and sings, it’s just magical. It’s nice to find out that she’s a lovely person. She’s so game and willing to do it. She put herself in a place of just being silly and innocent and fun and she was just a breath of fresh air.” – Source
