Ford sues John Cena after he sells custom 2017 Ford GT for $500G

Ford is giving John Cena a taste of his own five knuckle shuffle — in the form of a lawsuit.

Ford filed suit against the WWE superstar in U.S. District Court in Michigan for violating his contract and “flipping” his custom-made 2017 Ford GT, WXYZ reports.

Cena was supposed to maintain ownership of the car for two years, but instead flipped it for $500,000 shortly after getting the vehicle, according to the lawsuit obtained by the outlet.

“Mr. Cena has unfairly made a large profit from the unauthorized resale flip of the vehicle, and Ford has suffered additional damages and losses, including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity and customer goodwill due to the improper sale,” the lawsuit reportedly says. – Source
