ON-SET HELL Eliza Dushku claims Bull co-star Michael Weatherly ‘threatened to take her to rape van’ in ‘constant sexual harassment’

ELIZA Dushku has claimed that her Bull co-star Michael Weatherly subjected her to “constant sexual harassment” while on set, and after addressing the issue she was immediately “fired.”

The actress came forward with her experiences while on the show, and has slammed CBS for the “secret arbitration” she was “forced” to enter.

Eliza, 40, has broken her silence in honor of the House Judiciary legislation to “end forced arbitration” after the “sexual harrassment” that she experienced while working on set of the crime series Bull.

The TV star shared her encounters as a “victim and survivor of sexual harrassment in the workplace.”

Eliza recalled how she was “aggressively” pursued by CBS in 2017 to become the co-lead in Bull, with a role that was designed with her specifically in mind.

The Bring It On star was promised a “six-year” contract to play her character J.P. Nunnelly, a criminal defense lawyer.

“However, in my first week on my new job, I found myself the brunt of crude, sexualized, and lude verbal assault,” she alleged of actor Michael Weatherly, who played the lead Dr. Jason Bull on the drama.

“I suffered near constant sexual harrassment from my co-star.”

Eliza claimed that Michael, who was also a producer on the show, would “frequently refer to me as legs, he would smell me, and leeringly look me up and down.”

She continued: “In front of about 100 crew members and cast members he once said he would take me to his rape-van and use lube and long fallic things on me, and take me over his knee and spank me like a little girl.

“Another time he told me that his sperm were powerful swimmers.”

Eliza alleged that she “tried” to be professional and continue working but felt she was “relentlessly sexualized” and “crudely mocked and laughed at.”

The actress added that Michael’s on-set “harrassment” began rubbing off on other crew members, as both he and a “random male” both said they “wanted to have a three-some” with her.

In 2018, the New York Times reported on the sexual harassment allegations, and in a statement emailed to the New York Times, Weatherly said, “During the course of taping our show, I made some jokes mocking some lines in the script.

“When Eliza told me that she wasn’t comfortable with my language and attempt at humor, I was mortified to have offended her and immediately apologized.

“After reflecting on this further, I better understand that what I said was both not funny and not appropriate and I am sorry and regret the pain this caused Eliza.” – Source
