Ariana Grande Cancels Future Meet-And-Greets On Sweetener European Tour

Update 4 September: Ariana Grande has cancelled all remaining meet-and-greet opportunities with her fans during her Sweetener tour in Europe.

The news comes days after the star was reportedly forced to cancel a fan meeting before a show in Antwerp, Belgium on Friday night.

On Monday, tour organisers Live Nation posted a statement on its Facebook account confirming that the singer would no longer be taking part in a pre-show meet-and-greet, as well as a ‘Soundcheck Party’ during which fans could watch her warm up and ask her questions, in order to let her ‘preserve her voice and energy’.

‘Thanks to increased demand, Ariana is thrilled and humbled to have been able to add extra shows to the tour for her fans,’ the post reads. ‘It’s not something she takes for granted.

“These extra months on the road, however, are not only exhilarating but exhausting. Due to the need to preserve her voice and energy, we regret to inform you there will not be a meet-and-greet or Soundcheck Party offered at your show.’- Source
