Lots of musical performances at last night’s Oscars, some better than others.

There was one performance that took a lot of people by surprise, as the singer was performing in a style and costume atypical for her.

We thought she was incredible… but not everyone was similarly impressed!

This talented actor (who was not a nominee last night) was complaining about her performance at an after-party. He complained that her voice wasn’t good and that she was given more time to perform because she was white.

“When you give a black woman who is a great singer two minutes to sing, but you give a white woman who is a shitty singer ten minutes to sing, that’s racist!”

He thought that the time should have been used to do an entire medley of songs from a movie that HE thought should have been more honored to make up for how racist the whole ceremony was.
