Sienna Miller Discusses Her Daniel Craig-Jude Law Love Triangle – 2014

Earlier this week, the ongoing News Corp. phone-hacking trial stumbled into some salacious territory when discussing a purported 2005 love triangle between Jude Law, Sienna Miller, and Daniel Craig. During his testimony, Law admitted that while he was dating Miller, he learned via a News of the World headline that his girlfriend was having an affair with Law’s Road to Perdition co-star Daniel Craig. An alleged voicemail Miller left for Craig, during which the actress told the James Bond actor that she loved him, was parsed ad nauseam in court. And today, Miller was called to testify about the complicated romance in London.

Answering questions via video from New Orleans, where she is currently filming a movie, the actress told London’s Old Bailey court that she probably did leave the aforementioned voicemail, during which she allegedly said, “Hi. It’s me. Can’t speak. I’m at the Groucho (club) with Jude. I love you.”

She clarified, however, that her concluding sentiment has been misinterpreted by media this week. “The thing that’s been slightly misconstrued about this voicemail message is the fact that I said ’I love you’ and that this was some incredibly important declaration of love.” She explained, “That’s how I would have ended my phonecalls to [Craig]. It’s been turned into a titillating piece of information. I regret it’s allowed to be analyzed the way it has.”

Additionally, per Reuters:

The 32-year-old actress, who appeared in the Layer Cake and Alfiefilms, described Craig as her best friend but later said: ”Whether or not I was in a relationship with Daniel Craig at the time, it was a very brief encounter.”

“People who heard who didn’t understand the relationship would have thought it was a pretty exciting message to hear,” said Miller, who has been filming in New Orleans.

“If a journalist got their hands on that piece of information they would have found it titillating and it might have been the basis of a story.”

Despite her claims, The Telegraph, reports that her affair with Daniel Craig was also confirmed by the actress’s driver, who told Law before selling the story to News of the World for £6,000. According to the admissions in court today, however, Law was not entirely a victim in the scenario: the Telegraph reports that Law’s publicist allegedly met with News of the World to discuss how the affair would be reported, and to request that it be “back-date[d]” to make it appear “that Miss Miller cheated on Mr. Law before he had his fling with [his] nanny [at the time].” – Source

The actor who infamously engaged in an extramarital affair with Sienna Miller now says it made his relationship with his wife “stronger.”

Balthazar Getty, best known for his roles in “Brothers & Sisters” and “Alias,” made headlines in 2008 when stories surfaced that he was having an affair with Miller. Paparazzi pictures showed the pair holidaying in Italy, with Miller sunbathing topless.

Getty and his wife Rosetta separated for two years following the scandal, but in a new interview with the Evening Standard, he says they’re now better than ever.

He says the infidelity made he and Rosetta’s relationship “stronger:” “Without going down, you can’t rise again,” he says.- Source
