This A+ list talk show host is getting a divorce just as soon as the last big asset of the marriage is sold.

It has been taking some time and things have become much more testy between the couple.

And just weeks later, the couple have knocked almost $6million off the asking price of their palatial property – which sits in the upscale enclave of Montecito – reducing it to a cool $39.5million.
