He knew that she would do a song about him, so he wanted to do one first.

He was originally going to call it “Two Face” (no “d”) but he thought that would be too obvious and that people would accuse him of being mean.

He doesn’t want to be the bad guy, so he changed the title and modded the lyrics to make it more ambiguous.
