That is what the producers of the show, including the A list mogul behind it all decided a few years ago.

The thing is, the producers and mogul and powers behind the scenes just wanted her gone and to have her be as far away from their brand as possible.

Technically they followed the letter of the deal, but not the spirit.

They just wanted her to sign their deal and be done with her.
