This former B+ list mostly movie actress who has failed miserably at her transition to television is using again.

Apparently things got so bad earlier this week that she never showed up to pick up her child from pre-school.

The school could not get a hold of the emergency contact until after 9pm so the child was not picked up until almost 10pm.
