This C list actor/celebrity many of you know.

You might not know his name, but you would know him as the soon to be ex of this A-/B+ list singer/actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee. He likes to make it look like he is trying to find work, but he just does it for show.

He wants the big payday from the ex which is fine and all because that’s the way life works, but it isn’t like he couldn’t make a ton on his own with his background and it is just sad to watch.

Jennifer Hudson’s ex David Otunga accuses her of violating gag order court amid bitter split and custody battle

The holiday season did nothing to encourage a truce between Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga.

The Spotlight singer’s ex fiance wants her to be found in contempt of court.

He filed an emergency petition on December 11, in which he claimed she has damaged his reputation and has made creating negative press about him her priority, rather than protecting their eight-year-old son, David Jr..

In the documents, David claimed Jennifer issued an exclusive statement to People magazine about their split, saying her actions were ‘solely taken in the best interest of their son’, at the same time he was being served with an emergency order of protection.

He alleged the statement damaged his reputation and at the time it was released, he was being forcibly removed from their home in front of their son, and Jennifer wasn’t even there.- Source

David Otunga Jennifer Hudson’s Lying … I Have a Job

David Otunga says Jennifer Hudson is simply a liar when she grouses to the judge in their custody war that he needs to get a job, because he says she knows he already has one.

Otunga just fired back in legal docs, responding to Hudson’s claim he essentially sits on the sofa and needs gainful employment so she doesn’t have to pay support.

He says her claim is ironic because 5 years ago, she gave him an ultimatum … telling him he had to either choose wrestling or his family. Translation … she was the person who stopped him from wrestling full-time.

Otunga says he IS employed … with the WWE, in addition to working on other entertainment projects.

He also says it’s nervy for Hudson to grouse about money when she makes between $8 million and $13 million per season just for “The Voice.”

He takes a shot, saying she’s focused on money while he’s focusing on taking care of their 8-year-old son. – Source
