Times are hard for this former A lister.
It is hard to believe this actor was once an A list mostly movie actor.
He has been in some really great movies, including one of my all-time favorites.
He was a tween actor star before there was such a term and he had almost an entire decade of fame.
He made a pile of money in that decade and a lesser pile in the decade after.
The pile has basically shrunk to whatever reality gigs he can pick up and the quarterly royalty checks from his prime.
Over the years he has made some bad choices financially. Drugs, hookers, divorce.
That has left him scrambling.
He has quietly sold off the things he can sell off.
Instead of cutting back his lifestyle or trying to find some acting work where he does not have to be the star, he is trying to make money selling himself.
He has sold himself before.
Mostly for parts but there were some high dollar one night stands with people who could afford his price.
Now though, no one really wants him.
He thinks they do.
I think he thinks he is still that A lister and that people will be willing to pay a premium to be with him.
They won’t.
He keeps lowering his price, trying to find the right amount people will be willing to pay.
He likes to advertise it as just some time spent with him but in reality, you can do whatever you want with him as long as the price is right.
A few more months of no income and he will be selling himself for the equivalent of crack money.
