Her story: “Jenelle Evans, 23, ended her weekend with a not-so-fun trip to the emergency room. The Teen Mom 2 star was reportedly hospitalized on Oct. 4 with multiple injuries after falling on the slippery pavement near her house.

“Jenelle was going out to dinner with her boyfriend David and friend Tori, and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car,” a insider told RadarOnline. “She busted her knee open,” as well as her chin.
